a. Motivation Letter Writing

Delivery Time: We will provide a completed motivation letter within the specified timeframe as agreed upon before the order. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
Revisions: A certain number of revisions (usually up to two) will be provided to ensure your satisfaction with the motivation letter. Further revisions may incur additional charges.
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the scholarship or program you are applying to, as well as any personal information required for the letter. We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the final document due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

b. Website Development

Scope of Work: We will provide website development services as agreed upon in the project brief. Any changes in scope during the project may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.
Payment Terms: Payment will be required as per the agreed-upon schedule before, during, or after the completion of the project. A deposit may be required at the beginning of the project.
Website Maintenance: Our website development services do not include ongoing maintenance or updates after the website is live unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

c. Social Media Marketing and Management

Services Provided: We will manage, create, and post content across your social media platforms as part of our agreed-upon services. We will work to optimize your social media presence but cannot guarantee specific results, such as follower growth or engagement.
Payment: Payment for these services will be due according to the terms laid out in the service agreement. Ongoing services are subject to renewal and may require periodic payments.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide access to any social media accounts and necessary assets (e.g., logos, images) for us to perform our services effectively. You are responsible for adhering to the terms of service for each social media platform.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services provided are outlined on a case-by-case basis or in a formal service agreement.
Payments for services must be made via the accepted methods as specified in the service agreement.
All payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been provided or the work is in progress unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

For Motivation Letter Writing, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing/Management services, refunds are not provided once the work has commenced unless there is an issue on our part (e.g., non-delivery of the service, significant errors).
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a revision or adjustment, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
